For example, in order to ensure that potential buyers presented to us are properly qualified and ready, willing and able to perform on a timely basis, our professional team conducts timely background checks and research at the highest levels prior to considering a proposed relationship or transaction, thereby providing a secure, productive, and successful environment for all concerned. At the same time, our due diligence service will detect and weed out parties that are attempting to exercise deceit or fraudulent conduct.
We act as principals in most projects when funding is available. We also arrange transactions directly between refineries and providers to our broad base of qualified buyers.
We are open to consider joint investments by select financial partners to enable the procurement of products in order to serve our clients needs.
